Join me on a 100 days of health

Join me for 100 days, during which I will walk at least 5km daily. I will not enjoy alcoholic drinks or eat excess sugar, aka those chokkies on the run. No, this is not a diet. I have never been one for a diet, and I don’t believe cutting certain fruits and foods from your diet is how we are meant to eat. What I do believe is that processed food is bad, sugar is the devil, and we all drink too much.
