I am convinced-more than ever

We have just been through a crazy 10 days.

Mom’s been in the hospital with the RSV virus and subsequently been diagnosed with COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). A chronic inflammatory lung disease that causes obstructed airflow from the lungs.

Mom, never smoked, but unfortunately Asthma and Emphysema is in her family causing her to inherit COPD

After many Dr consults and many hours with physio’s they all had 2 things to say

  1. Healthy Diet
  2. NO MORE CHEMICALS

Today, unfortunately, our health is not our top priority.

I get it, don’t get me wrong. Life is demanding, expensive, and we all have to do what we gotta do to get through the day, but we need to start thinking of tom.

I am convinced, more than ever, that every small change we do in our homes TODAY may and I believe, will have a huge effect on your health tomorrow.

Mom prefers cleaning with bleach, and that is one of the first products that she need to replace.

Vinegar, essential oils, castile soap, Hydrogen Peroxide and Bicarb is my absolute go to. These are all products that is readily available, affordable, kinder to your health AND better for the environment.

Feel free to message me anytime for advice on how to replace one chemical at a time in your home. I will post my DIY cleaning recipe in the next few days.

All we need to do is start friends, and we all might just have a healthier tomorrow.
