Earth Again is a company founded by two friends, Sam Christianson and Tom Pretorius.

Our friendship began a few years ago while working at the Oranjezicht Farmers Market. We bonded over a shared love for surfing and a commitment to sustainable practices.

Sam was passionate about finding a way to compost hair from salons, and Tom, having grown up on a farm with composting experience, and conversations often involved composting. In August 2023, when the Aerobins arrived in South Africa, Carl Pretorius reached out to us, seeking enthusiastic individuals to promote this new home composter. Our shared passion made it an easy decision to get involved, leading to the birth of Earth Again.

At Earth Again, our mission is to encourage individuals to start composting. We envision a South Africa where every household, business, and community embraces responsible waste management, actively reduces their carbon footprint, and reconnects with nature. Currently, a significant amount of compostable waste ends up in landfills, where it becomes toxic to the environment. Many people don’t realize that this waste is a valuable resource that can be transformed into something beneficial for their gardens. Until now, there hasn’t been a home composting system that works efficiently – that is, until the Aerobin revolution.

The Aerobin provides a clean, simple, and user-friendly way for people to compost at home without the usual issues such as foul smells, rodents, or the need for manual intervention. Its innovative design ensures a clean, simple, and user-friendly composting experience. By using an Aerobin, you can transform your organic waste into valuable compost for your garden.

This process not only helps reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills but also provides a sustainable way to enrich your soil. Additionally, the Aerobin supports responsible waste management, helping you actively reduce your carbon footprint and reconnect with nature.

Embrace a more sustainable lifestyle with the Aerobin from Earth Again, and make a positive impact on your home and the environment.
